1. Introduction

Welcome to PouchStore (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.pouchstore.pk and your purchases of products from our online catalog. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of our phone cases as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen displays colors exactly as they appear in reality.

Pricing for all products is listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to adjust prices, modify product availability, or discontinue items at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error on an order, we will contact you before processing the dispatch.

4. Payment & Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email. This message serves as acknowledgment of your order request but does not constitute final shipment acceptance.

Currently, our primary payment option is Cash on Delivery (COD). We also plan to integrate online payment gateways in the future. By placing an order, you commit to accepting and paying the full amount upon arrival. Refusal of delivery without a valid reason may result in your address being blacklisted for future orders.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as graphics, logos, images, text, and software, is the exclusive property of PouchStore and is protected by Pakistan and international copyright and trademark laws. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or reproducing any material from this site for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

PouchStore, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to personal mobile devices (e.g., phones slipping out or dropping) while using our phone cases, as our products are designed to reduce damage risks but cannot completely eliminate them under extreme circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
